Identify the pieces and the full pile
List concrete pieces, bricks and pavers separately, with quantities or pile dimensions. Show the largest pieces and give their dimensions when practical. Include documented weights rather than guessing from volume. Explain hidden material without moving heavy pieces to reveal the pile.
Request masonry debris review
Disclose metal, soil and mixed material
Show exposed reinforcing metal, attached wood, coatings and other components. Say whether soil, sand, household junk or unfamiliar material is mixed into the pile. Keep reusable pavers and the pieces staying clearly identified. The crew confirms accepted materials individually; a concrete pickup request is not blanket acceptance of mixed soil or every object beside the pile.
Check removed construction materials
Review loading from the current location
Include gates, slopes, steps, ground conditions and the distance to possible truck parking. Leave difficult pieces in place for assessment and identify any oversized section. This page covers detached debris; breaking slabs, extracting foundations, excavation and ground restoration are separate work. Loading equipment and transport resources must be reviewed rather than assumed available for every pile.

Approve the weight and disposal scope
Weight, handling, access and disposal matter alongside volume. Household full-load prices do not establish a masonry quote or allowable weight. Your onsite estimate is free; approved hauling is paid after price approval. Share the actual address and deadline so acceptance and scheduling can be reviewed together.
