List the frame and separate pieces
Say whether the crib or changing table is assembled or already in sections. Count side panels, bases, drawers and loose hardware that should leave. List mattresses, pads and other household items separately. Check drawers and storage baskets for belongings you want to keep, and mark matching furniture that is outside the pickup scope.

Show the current condition and attachments
Photograph damaged panels, loose parts, glass or unusually heavy surfaces. Say whether the furniture is freestanding or attached to a wall. Do not release restraints or dismantle a fitted piece just for photos. Any disassembly or detachment needed for removal must be reviewed and agreed before the crew begins carrying.
Plan furniture removal and carrying
Include the bedroom or storage route
Show doorways, stair turns and the path to truck parking. If some sections are in the garage and others remain upstairs, identify both areas. Leave difficult pieces in place for assessment. Current photos and a complete parts list help prevent a stored frame or separate drawer from being missed in the first estimate.
Plan household and storage pickup together
Approve the furniture and other items together
The onsite estimate is free with no obligation. Volume, weight, carrying, any agreed disassembly and disposal affect the complete price. Hauling is paid after you approve the scope. This request covers furniture removal; reuse or donation arrangements are separate. Use your actual address and include other accepted pieces leaving in the same visit.
