Count complete units and connected banks
Give the number of freestanding lockers and connected banks, with approximate height, width and material. Include detached doors, shelves and bases that should leave. Note damaged hinges, sharp edges or inaccessible compartments. Identify matching lockers being retained so the approved scope covers specific units rather than the entire room.

Confirm contents and removal authority
Have the responsible site contact account for employee belongings, stored equipment, keys and records before authorizing disposal. Describe locked compartments or unknown contents before the visit. Mark retained property clearly. Pickup is for approved lockers and separately listed accepted contents; it does not include forced entry, record destruction or deciding which belongings may be discarded.

Show anchors and the building exit route
Photograph floor anchors, wall restraints and connections between units without loosening them. Tell us about stairs, elevator limits, loading doors and permitted access hours. Fixed banks need an agreed detachment and carrying plan. Removing building supports, repairing attachment points and replacing finishes are separate from an ordinary locker haul-away quote.

Match the pickup to your replacement schedule
Share the new-locker delivery date, operating hours and any phased areas. The free onsite estimate reviews count, size, weight, attachments, carrying and disposal. Approve the full paid removal price before work starts. Commercial scheduling and any dismantling must be confirmed after scope review; one request does not reserve an immediate pickup.
