Count crates, carriers and cat trees separately
Identify empty wire crates, plastic carriers and cat trees by quantity, approximate size and material. Include detachable trays, doors, platforms or other loose parts that should leave. Mark the pieces, supplies and stored belongings you still use as staying. This household pickup is for unwanted items, with no animals or live contents included.

Show the item in its current condition
Photograph broken doors, protruding wire, loose platforms and damaged bases. Tell us about odors, pests or contamination before planning handling. Do not hide sharp or damaged parts in bags of ordinary clutter. An item offered for reuse needs the recipient's own acceptance and collection arrangements; paid hauling does not guarantee that a crate or cat tree will be donated.
Check condition before arranging a donation
Plan bulky pieces and the path out
Leave tall or awkward cat trees where they are and show doorways, stairs and the route to truck parking. Say whether a piece is freestanding or fixed to a wall, and list detached sections if it is already disassembled. Explain any loose parts blocking the route. Attached fixtures and dismantling need review before they are included in the approved work.
Plan furniture and household carrying
Include the other household items leaving
Crates and cat trees can be reviewed with accepted furniture, boxes or garage contents at the same address. Photograph all included areas rather than only the largest piece. The estimate is free with no obligation, and the complete quote considers volume, weight, carrying and disposal. You approve paid hauling before loading. Use the actual property address when checking coverage and available estimate times.
