What to know before we come out
Resolve spare appliances before the final property clearance
A lower-level refrigerator or extra freezer can be overlooked while rooms are being prepared for a move. Confirm whether each unit stays with the property, goes to another person or belongs in the removal scope. If family or a buyer is collecting one, label it as retained. Include all approved appliances with their locations so carrying and disposal are reviewed together.
Access for your West Linn pickup
For the West Linn property, photograph each appliance and its route out, especially lower-level storage. Note stairs, door turns and driveway grade. Empty units and arrange required disconnection separately. Keep enough space for inspection without carrying a difficult appliance upstairs or moving a connected unit yourself.
Prepare connections and disclose refrigerant
Empty the appliance and arrange safe disconnection of water, gas and hardwired electrical connections before pickup. Tell us if you need to discuss preparation. Photograph the item, connections and carrying route. Refrigerators, freezers and other refrigerant appliances need specific disposal review; ordinary hauling does not include utility work.
Plan the next step
Share your moving or handoff date and which appliance decisions are complete. Refrigerant units need disposal review, while unusually heavy equipment needs item-specific handling details. Confirm access and preparation before coordinating the hauling visit with another collection. The complete onsite quote covers approved carrying and disposal; installation remains separate.
Your free estimate and complete price
We review appliance size, weight, access and disposal before confirming the full onsite price. Refrigerant appliances may have an additional disposal charge. You do not need to move the appliance to the curb. The estimate is free and you approve the complete price before the crew loads it.
