When the renovation debris is already removed and you have a dumpster or dump trailer arranged, JunkPDX can review the carrying and loading work. Send the material list, pile photos and access details so we can plan a suitable crew and quote.
No payment required to request. Crew, time and labor price confirmed after review.
For debris that is already detached
Request labor for approved loose materials such as removed cabinets, trim, lumber or bagged project debris. Tell us exactly what the pile contains. Taking out installed cabinets, removing walls, disconnecting utilities and demolition are separate work; a loading request does not include them.
Material details matter more than the pile's footprint
Describe tile, concrete, brick, soil, roofing and other dense materials separately. Share the container provider's acceptance and weight rules before loading. Do not mix unknown or potentially contaminated material into ordinary debris; flag it for a separate acceptance and handling review. We do not promise to load every material.
Coordinate with the people still working onsite
Tell us whether trades will be working at the same time, where the crew can park and which route stays open. Include stairs, occupied rooms, elevator reservations and the distance to the container. Agree on the exact pile or rooms covered so materials still needed for the project stay put.
Choose loading labor or complete debris removal
Loading-only help fits when the container and collection are already handled. Full-service debris removal fits when you need an approved hauling and disposal plan as well. Compare the entire scope, including labor, weight, container rental and collection, rather than assuming either option is cheaper.
Real work by the JunkPDX crew
Detached wood and trim from a crew project. For loading-only help, identify the full pile and the route to your arranged container. Confirm coated or treated wood with the container provider.
Choose loading help in the labor form. Include the container provider and collection deadline in your project description.

Dumpster and trailer loading questions.
Is demolition included?
No. This page covers carrying and loading approved debris that has already been detached. Demolition, utility work and structural changes require their own scope and arrangements.
Do standard moving-labor rates cover every debris load?
No automatic debris quote is made from the moving-labor rate. Material, handling, crew needs and access must be reviewed. We confirm the applicable labor price and scope before work.
Can you load a contractor's dumpster?
Yes, request a review with the authorized site contact, dumpster provider's loading rules and material list. The contractor or provider continues to arrange the container and collection.
What if we also need the debris hauled away?
Choose construction-debris removal and share the full material list. Hauling and approved disposal need a separate quote when they are not part of your existing container service.
