The agreed quote includes the crew, standard lifting and loading, hauling, standard disposal and a practical sweep-up. Extra handling, difficult access and special disposal are reviewed before approval. A trailer rental or moving-labor request has a separate scope.

Common pickups include furniture, mattresses, appliances, electronics, household clutter, yard items and office contents. Tell us the exact items and their condition so we can confirm acceptance. Very heavy, unusual or restricted material needs review before scheduling.

No. Our crew can carry approved items out from inside when access is safe. Mention stairs, elevators, tight doorways and long carries in your request. If items are already outside, ask about a curbside pickup and let us know where they are placed.

Tell us about refrigerant appliances, tires, dense construction debris, unusually heavy items, infestation or contamination. Do not mix chemicals, fuels, unknown liquids or suspected asbestos into a regular junk pile. Some materials cannot be accepted; acceptance and extra charges are reviewed before work.

We consider donation, reuse and recycling when practical and when receiving facilities accept the items. Condition and local acceptance rules determine the options. Donation is not guaranteed, and JunkPDX provides paid removal rather than a free donation pickup.
