Yes. Show us every area you want reviewed, including basements, garages, storage areas and outdoor piles. Identify what stays and what goes so the quote covers the complete agreed project, including multiple loads when needed.

We review volume, material weight, crew time, access and disposal for the full job. A single truckload price is not a cap on a whole-property project. We explain the total scope and any extra charges before you approve work.

Separate or clearly mark belongings, documents and fixtures that must stay. Walk through the areas with the crew or your authorized contact before loading. Identify uncertain items in advance so they are excluded from the approved removal scope.

If you want to sell, appraise or donate belongings, arrange that review before approving disposal. JunkPDX provides paid cleanout and hauling. Items reserved for a sale, family collection or donation should remain separate from the removal plan.

Share the deadline at the start, along with access hours and every area involved. We review crew capacity, loads and possible phases before confirming the schedule. A two-hour arrival window describes when the crew arrives; it does not mean a large cleanout will finish in two hours.

Yes. Share photos if available, and tell us about blocked access, pests, contamination, sharp objects or other concerns before scheduling. We review the conditions and agreed removal scope first. Regulated remediation and specialist cleanup are separate from ordinary contents removal.

Yes. We review rental turnovers, offices, storage facilities and other commercial properties. Provide the item list, access requirements, deadline and authorized approval contact. For tenant belongings, the property representative must confirm which items are authorized for removal.

A standard cleanout covers the agreed contents removal, haul-away and practical sweep-up. Deep cleaning, repairs, demolition and regulated remediation are separate scopes. Tell us the finished condition you need so those steps can be discussed before work.
