What to know before we come out
Decide which appliances can leave together
A kitchen refrigerator, garage freezer and laundry pair may have different preparation and access needs. Decide whether all old appliances are leaving together or whether one must remain in use until a replacement arrives. Name each location rather than giving only the delivery date. Arrange safe disconnection separately and identify refrigerant units before committing to an installation sequence that depends on an empty space.
Access for your Oregon City pickup
For the Oregon City pickup, note which appliances are on the main floor, upstairs or in storage. Show narrow doors, steps and routes through furnished rooms. Empty each unit and keep the path available for inspection. Leave a connected appliance in place; it needs safe preparation before the carrying work can begin.
Prepare connections and disclose refrigerant
Empty the appliance and arrange safe disconnection of water, gas and hardwired electrical connections before pickup. Tell us if you need to discuss preparation. Photograph the item, connections and carrying route. Refrigerators, freezers and other refrigerant appliances need specific disposal review; ordinary hauling does not include utility work.
Plan the next step
Send appliance types, connection status and the replacement timeline when checking estimate availability. Share an installer or property contact's access hours. The onsite review establishes the approved appliances, carrying plan and final total. Refrigerant handling and unusual weight are reviewed before price approval; hauling does not set or include the installation appointment.
Your free estimate and complete price
We review appliance size, weight, access and disposal before confirming the full onsite price. Refrigerant appliances may have an additional disposal charge. You do not need to move the appliance to the curb. The estimate is free and you approve the complete price before the crew loads it.
