What to know before we come out
Include each storage area in the contents estimate
A shed can hold old furniture, household overflow, empty containers and supplies still in use. Decide which items should leave before calling the whole space junk. If another garage or storage area also needs clearing, show it in the request so the combined work can be reviewed. Keep the building and attached components outside the loose-contents scope; identify unusual materials separately.
Access for your Oregon City pickup
Show the route from the Oregon City storage doorway to truck parking, including gates, steps and ground conditions. Mention stacked contents or heavy items limiting entry. Protect retained tools and supplies in a marked area. Leave unstable piles undisturbed and explain the access problem rather than entering an unsafe space for a better photo.
Identify equipment and restricted materials
Show the doorway, floor, loose contents and route to truck parking. Identify attached shelving separately. Tell us about heavy equipment, sharp materials, fuel, oil, propane, pesticides, chemicals, batteries and unidentified containers before scheduling. Leave an unsafe or unknown container in place for review rather than opening or moving it.
Plan the next step
Specify whether you need a small storage clearance or several approved areas emptied before a handoff. Include furniture hidden behind the first pile and identify batteries, liquids and equipment separately. Confirm which contents leave, which remain and whether several loads are needed. Dismantling or repairs require a separate assessment and agreement.
Your free estimate and complete price
We quote approved loose contents by volume, weight, carrying work and disposal needs. A packed outbuilding or heavy equipment may require a separate crew plan. Your onsite estimate is free, and the full scope and price are agreed before loading. This service clears contents; dismantling the building is a separately reviewed project.
