What to know before we come out
Name the appliance and the person authorizing removal
For a Tualatin rental, confirm whether the washer, dryer or refrigerator belongs to the property or resident. For a workplace, identify the household-style break-room appliance separately from commercial equipment needing its own assessment. Include the garage freezer if it is leaving too. Keep replacement units, installation parts and appliances reserved for return clearly outside the hauling list.
Access for your Tualatin pickup
Show the route from the appliance location to the permitted Tualatin loading area, including door turns, stairs and elevators. Provide entry hours and any escort arrangements. If someone must unlock a unit or another room, make sure that contact can show the included appliance during the estimate.
Prepare connections and disclose refrigerant
Empty the appliance and arrange safe disconnection of water, gas and hardwired electrical connections before pickup. Tell us if you need to discuss preparation. Photograph the item, connections and carrying route. Refrigerators, freezers and other refrigerant appliances need specific disposal review; ordinary hauling does not include utility work.
Plan the next step
Arrange utility preparation before the hauling visit and tell us about a replacement delivery or tenant handoff. Empty the appliance, disclose refrigerant units and describe any loose or damaged parts. We review heavy or business equipment individually rather than assuming every item described as an appliance fits a standard household pickup.
Your free estimate and complete price
We review appliance size, weight, access and disposal before confirming the full onsite price. Refrigerant appliances may have an additional disposal charge. You do not need to move the appliance to the curb. The estimate is free and you approve the complete price before the crew loads it.
