What to know before we come out
Separate unwanted storage from supplies still in use
Photograph loose boxes, freestanding shelving, outdoor furniture and equipment that should leave. Mark supplies needed for the next project and any items owned by a tenant, employer or another person. If the building is rented or shared, confirm which contents you can authorize for removal. Attached shelving and the structure remain outside this contents-only list.
Access for your Tualatin pickup
Show the storage doorway and the route to a permitted loading point at the Tualatin property. Include gates, steps, carry distance and ground conditions. On a business or managed site, share loading hours and escort rules instead of assuming the crew can enter the outdoor storage area whenever it arrives.
Identify equipment and restricted materials
Show the doorway, floor, loose contents and route to truck parking. Identify attached shelving separately. Tell us about heavy equipment, sharp materials, fuel, oil, propane, pesticides, chemicals, batteries and unidentified containers before scheduling. Leave an unsafe or unknown container in place for review rather than opening or moving it.
Plan the next step
Identify dense equipment, batteries, fluids and unknown containers separately from ordinary boxes. You can request a clear aisle or selected item group first if the remaining stock must stay accessible. Share the next-use deadline, then agree on the hauling scope before any contents are moved or a multi-load schedule is confirmed.
Your free estimate and complete price
We quote approved loose contents by volume, weight, carrying work and disposal needs. A packed outbuilding or heavy equipment may require a separate crew plan. Your onsite estimate is free, and the full scope and price are agreed before loading. This service clears contents; dismantling the building is a separately reviewed project.
