Step-by-step
A practical plan for the job.
- 1
Check whether this is a new pickup
If you only need to add items or change an open visit, use its receipt to contact the crew. For a separate pickup after the earlier work is finished, start a new booking.
- 2
Use your receipt or booking history
A completed receipt offers a link to book another estimate. In your customer account, open booking history and choose Book similar service on the finished job. Moving labor uses its separate booking flow; combined removal and moving help remain a combined request.
- 3
Review the location and new items
Check the service, street address, city and ZIP. Saved details are a starting point. Describe the new pile, stairs, heavy pieces and any changed access. You do not need to move bulky items outside to show them.
- 4
Choose new timing and review any credit
Select a new available arrival time. If you have an eligible account credit, choose it in the booking form. Review the new request before submitting; old photos, offers and appointment times are not carried over.
- 5
Keep the new receipt
The new receipt has its own reference. Booking confirmed means an eligible estimate window is reserved; Under review means the crew still needs to confirm the request. Use this new reference for questions about the next visit.
