How Do Two-Hour Arrival Windows Work?

Your two-hour window covers when the crew can arrive for the estimate. It does not set an exact arrival minute or completion time.

Before you plan the job

How does a two-hour junk removal arrival window work?

A confirmed 10 a.m.–noon window means the crew can arrive between 10 and noon, rather than exactly at 10. It reserves the estimate arrival period, not two hours of work or a completion deadline. Check your receipt status and share building access limits or delivery deadlines before relying on the schedule.

How it works

What to expect.

Your receipt shows whether the visit is booked

Booking confirmed means your eligible estimate arrival window is reserved. Under review means the crew still needs to confirm the request. Flexible timing and specialty work need review; submitting those requests alone does not reserve a window.

The window covers the crew's arrival

For a 10 a.m.–noon visit, arrange access throughout that period. The crew groups nearby visits along a route; the opening minute is not a fixed appointment. Someone authorized to discuss items and pricing needs to be available.

The walkthrough comes before loading

Arrival starts the estimate discussion. After onsite approval, standard hauling may happen during the visit. Removal time depends on contents, carrying route and loads. A large cleanout needs its own reviewed work schedule.

Tell us about other deadlines

Elevator reservations, closing times or furniture deliveries can restrict work beyond arrival. Share the latest time the area must be clear. A confirmed estimate window alone does not establish that pickup will finish by that deadline.

What affects cost

No truck-size guess required.

You don’t need to choose a truck size. Show us what goes. We’ll measure the load. Descriptions and photos help us plan, but are not a final quote. Household junk is priced by the space it takes up in our truck or trailer. Unusually heavy items, certain debris types, difficult access or special disposal may add charges. You approve the total before loading.

Common questions

Before you schedule.

Can I book 10 a.m.–noon before a noon furniture delivery?

The crew could arrive near noon, leaving no completion buffer. Explain the delivery deadline and discuss a suitable plan before relying on that window.

Does missing a confirmation text mean I am not booked?

Check the receipt. Booking confirmed establishes the eligible appointment without a text. Texts require opt-in; Under review needs crew confirmation.

Can I choose a window for today?

Yes, when a same-day window is available Monday–Saturday. Check the receipt status. Larger or special removals need a reviewed work plan.
