Take a wide photo of each removal area. List items hidden behind the pile and show heavy pieces, connected appliances or materials that need review.

Note stairs, elevator reservations, gates, parking restrictions and long carries. Confirm who can provide entry and approve the final onsite price.

Submit and confirm
Complete booking for an available standard arrival window and check the confirmation on your receipt. Flexible times, restricted items and specialty projects need crew review. Label what stays and keep access clear.

You don’t need to choose a truck size. Show us what goes. We’ll measure the load. Descriptions and photos help us plan, but are not a final quote. Household junk is priced by the space it takes up in our truck or trailer. Unusually heavy items, certain debris types, difficult access or special disposal may add charges. You approve the total before loading.

Can everything be gone by a specific time today?

Give the latest completion time and any building access cutoff, not just your preferred arrival time. The crew must review the work and capacity before confirming whether the deadline fits. A two-hour arrival window is not a two-hour completion promise.

What if I do not hear back after submitting?

Check for your request receipt and contact the crew about that request. Include the name, pickup address and requested date so it can be found. If you are unsure whether it went through, ask before submitting again.

What if the address on my request is wrong?

Contact the crew with the original request and corrected street address, city, ZIP and unit number. A changed address can affect coverage and the route. Ask for the visit details to be reconfirmed instead of creating a second pickup request.

What if I add items or my deadline changes?

Send updated photos and the new completion deadline before the visit. Added volume, heavy pieces or access changes may affect the price, available truck space and whether the job still fits today.
